Pada 21 November, Liu Guozhong, sekretaris Komite Partai Provinsi Shaanxi, pergi ke SNC Zirkonium untuk penyelidikan. Sekretaris Komite Partai Kota Baoji Hui Jincai, Walikota Yang Guangting, dll. menemani penyelidikan. Sekretaris Partai dan Manajer Umum Yuan Gaihuan dari Perusahaan Industri Zirkonium Nuklir Nasional, Wakil Manajer Umum Wang Liping, kantor perusahaan dan personel terkait berpartisipasi dalam penyelidikan.

Dalam penyelidikan lapangan, Yuan Gaihuan memperkenalkan situasi keseluruhan perusahaan grup, tata letak industri, dan pengembangan kabupaten energi pintar yang komprehensif, dengan fokus pada pengembangan dan status aplikasi industri bahan zirkonium kelas-nuklir Negara Power Investment Corporation, penelitian ilmiah utama dan terobosan teknologi industri Zirkonium Tenaga Nuklir Negara, dan pengembangan bisnis perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
